A store subscription is a subscription offered on the Delcampe website. This subscription is based on the size of your store and allows you to put your items up for sale. 

These 5 subscriptions are:

  • Free (up to 1,000 items)
  • Standard (from 1,001 to 10,000 items)
  • Advanced (from 10,001 to 100,000 items)
  • Premium (from 100,001 to 1,000,000 items)
  • Ultimate (over one million items)

The “Free” subscription is the default subscription given to all new accounts, giving access to 1,000 sales in progress free of charge.

Each subscription is renewed automatically every calendar month. Renewal requires a direct debit payment, which will be deducted from your PayPal or Mangopay account (the payment method depends on the one you used when taking out the subscription).
If you’ve chosen to debit your Mangopay balance, this must be topped up in advance to maintain your subscription.
