What is Store Plus?

Store Plus is an additional service intended for all sellers, regardless of their number of sales. It is quite separate from the range of subscriptions based on the size of the store. You can subscribe to Store Plus and renew it on a monthly basis.

This new Service replaces the Club+Gold subscription and has the same features (except for the API service).

What are the benefits of Store Plus?

Store Plus provides advantages that help you sell more easily, such as:

  • the multiple changes tool which allows you to make changes on all your sales at the same time
  • selling via the Easy Uploader tool, which allows the bulk listing of a number of items from files
  • the personal reference  to refer to the management of your stock
  • CSV export which allows you to export your sales lists in a CSV format file
  • participation in the top store seller ranking on the website

How to subscribe to Store Plus.

  1. Go to the “Subscriptions and Services” page
  2. Under “Services”, next to “Store Plus”, click “Add” 
  3. Select your payment method, either PayPal or Mangopay.
    With Mangopay, you can either choose to link a credit card or debit your balance.
    The Store Plus service is renewed automatically every calendar month. Renewal requires a direct debit payment, which will be deducted from your PayPal account or your Mangopay account (the payment method depends on the one you used when taking out the Service).If you have chosen to debit your Mangopay balance, this must be topped up in advance to maintain your subscription.
  4. Click the button to validate the payment
  5. A message will confirm that the service has been activated

Is it possible to cancel the Store Plus subscription?

Any subscription started will continue until the end of its period of validity. You can, however, decide not to renew it for another period at any time.

To cancel an upcoming renewal

  1. Go to the “Subscriptions and Services” page
  2. Under “Services”, next to “Store Plus”, click “Cancel”
  3. Confirm your choice by clicking “Cancel”
  4. A confirmation message will be displayed
