I have a Club+Gold membership

For members with an annual membership, this has been automatically converted to a Store Plus subscription until the scheduled end date. For example, if your Club+ Gold membership was due to expire on 20 November 2024, it has been converted into a Store Plus subscription valid until 20 November 2024, at no additional cost. 

For members with a monthly subscription, this has also been converted to Store Plus. If this applies to you, you have benefited from a Store Plus subscription until 12/09/2024 at no additional cost.

What do I have to do to get automatic renewal for my new Store Plus subscription ?

The Store Plus subscription that has been given to you can only be renewed automatically if you select a payment method. So you need to take action.

  1. Go to the “Subscriptions and Services” page
  2. Under “Services”, next to “Store Plus”, click “Add a payment method
  3. Select your payment method, either PayPal or Mangopay.
    With Mangopay, you can either choose to link a credit card or debit your balance.
  4. Click the button to validate the payment
  5. A message will confirm that your payment method has been updated
    You can see when the renewal is scheduled by going to the “Services” section

The Store Plus service is renewed automatically every calendar month. Renewal requires a direct debit payment, which will be deducted from your PayPal or Mangopay account (the payment method depends on the one you used when starting the Service).
If you’ve selected withdrawal from your Mangopay balance, this must be topped up in advance to maintain your subscription.

What about Club+ Bronze and Club+ Silver subscriptions?

Club+ Bronze and Silver subscriptions no longer exist. A prorated refund was made to the Mangopay account of the members concerned for the remaining period of their subscription.
